Refund Policy – A V Globetrotter™

At A V Globetrotter™, we are committed to customer satisfaction. We understand that plans may change, and unexpected circumstances can arise. This policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be considered for our visa consultation and processing services.

1. Eligibility for Refund

Refunds apply only to the service fee charged by A V Globetrotter™. Government fees, VFS charges, third-party charges, and payments made directly to embassies or consulates are strictly non-refundable.

  • If you cancel your visa service before processing has started, you may be eligible for a refund of our service fee, minus any administrative charges.
  • Once the visa process has begun and documents/forms have been prepared or submitted, the service fee becomes non-refundable.
  • If the client does not cooperate or fails to provide required documents, information, signatures, or responses within the requested time, the service fee is non-refundable.
  • If an application is rejected solely due to an error by A V Globetrotter™, we will:
    • issue a full refund of our service fee, or
    • re-submit the application once at no additional service fee,
    as per the client’s choice. Government or third-party fees remain non-refundable.
  • Refunds are not provided if the visa is rejected due to reasons beyond our control, including:
    • incorrect, incomplete, or misleading documents provided by the client
    • lack of supporting documents
    • failure to meet visa eligibility or financial criteria
    • past immigration violations or overstay
    • criminal record
    • changes in embassy rules or officer-level decisions

2. Requesting a Refund

  • Refund requests must be sent in writing to info@avglobetrotter.com with the reason and relevant documents.
  • Requests must be made within 2 days of the original payment date.
  • Our team will review your request and respond within 1 business day.

3. Processing Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 24 business days and credited to the original payment method.
  • If the original payment method is unavailable, an alternative method will be arranged. Any payment gateway or bank charges will be deducted.
