  • Refunds are applicable only to the service fee charged by A V Globetro.er for visa consultation and processing. Government fees, third-party charges, and payments made directly to embassies or consulates are non-refundable.

  • If you wish to cancel your visa application service before we have begun the process, you may be eligible for a refund of the service fee, less any applicable administrative charges.

  • Once the visa application process has commenced, and the application filling documents have been prepared or submitied to the respective embassy or consulate, the service fee is non-refundable..

  • If the Client does not cooperate in finalizing the case, the service fee is non-refundable.

  • In the unlikely event of an application being rejected due to an error or omission on our part, we will offer a full refund of the A V Globetro.er service fee or a re-submission of your application at no additional service charge, as per your preference

  • Refunds are not provided if the visa application is rejected by the embassy or consulate due to reasons beyond our control, such as incomplete or incorrect documentation provided by the client, lack of supporting documentation, past criminal record, or failure to meet the visa requirements of the issuing authority

  • Requesting a Refund:
    • To request a refund, you must send a wri.en notice to us via email at refund@avglobetrotter.com, specifying the reason for the request and providing any relevant details and documentation.

    • Refund requests must be made within 14 days of the original payment date.

    • Our customer service team will review your request and respond within 7 business days to inform you of the decision.

    • Processing Refunds:
    • Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days of approval and will be credited to the original method of payment.

    • If the original method of payment is unavailable or invalid, an alternative refund method will be arranged. Please note that any fees incurred for the alternative refund method will be deducted from the refund amount.
