2. Service Orders and Cancellations
- Once a service order has been placed with A V Globetrotter™, it cannot be cancelled under any circumstances.
- Clients are strongly advised to review all requirements and details before initiating any visa or travel-related service.
3. Fees and Refund Policy
- Embassy / Consulate Fees: All government-related fees are non-refundable regardless of the visa outcome. These fees are charged directly by embassies or consulates and are beyond our control.
- Professional Charges: Our service charges become non-refundable once the visa filing process has begun. This includes consultation, document review, form preparation, and any other work initiated by our team.
- IELTS Training & Travel Insurance: Payments made for IELTS training or travel insurance are non-refundable once the service has been availed or the booking has been confirmed.
4. Client Responsibilities
- Clients must provide complete, accurate, and truthful information and documentation for all services.
- A V Globetrotter™ is not responsible for delays, rejections, or complications arising from incorrect, incomplete, or misleading information provided by the client.
- Clients are responsible for verifying their eligibility and ensuring that they meet the entry requirements of their destination country.
5. No Guarantee Clause
A V Globetrotter™ does not guarantee visa approval or insurance claim success. Final decisions are made solely by embassies, immigration authorities, and insurance providers.
6. Limitation of Liability
A V Globetrotter™ shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from changes in visa policies, processing delays, rejections, or travel-related issues beyond our control.
Our liability is strictly limited to the amount of professional service charges received.
7. Amendments
A V Globetrotter™ reserves the right to modify, update, or amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Users are encouraged to review them periodically.
